Can I consign my items at InHand? 

Currently we only accept consignment instore.

We do not offer online consignment at the moment.

If you would like to consign, please bring your items into our physical store and our team will gladly take you through our process and provide you with all the necessary information.

Do you provide International delivery?

We offer International shipping with DHL!

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

International delivery on average is 7 working days, however it can take anywhere from 5-30 days to arrive, depending on the regulatory authority in your country.

How can I list my brand with InHand?

Do you offer Returns, Refunds & Exchanges ?

Regrettably, due to products sold via our online and our retail channels being of a consignment and after-market nature, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges of any kind. All sales are final. Please read our full policy here

Where can we find your store in Cape Town? 

We are located at unit 21A Beckhamhouse, 7a Beckham Street, Gardens, Cape Town. You can click here to get google maps directions.

Are your products authentic? 

InHand guarantees that all merchandise is 100% authentic. To ensure the legitimacy of each item, our team of expert authenticators meticulously examines them using a comprehensive 10-point verification system. Once an item has been verified, it is fixed with InHands authenticity tag, assuring you that it has been authenticated by us before reaching your hands.

What if an item is out of stock ?

InHand provides a sourcing service for our customers. If the item you are seeking is currently unavailable or not listed in our inventory, please don't hesitate to contact us and share your sourcing request. We will promptly respond with relevant information and updates.
